Our Artisan Eats

Our Menu is carefully constructed using only the freshest, most excellent ingredients available. Nearly everything on our menu is made from scratch including our pickles. Availability in subject to change.

The BOG3 is the area’s only non-profit, from scratch food truck. We incorporate the art of smoking into many of our artisan eats and strive to elevate the standard of food truck cuisine. From the BOG3 you might find anything from hand cut fries, duck fat fries, cherry smoked teriyaki ribs, made to order shrimp and grits, candied bacon mac and cheese, scratch made deserts like our Smores Bread Pudding. All created with only the most exceptional ingredients and sourced as locally as possible. We put our hearts and souls into everything we offer.

Artisan Eats and Southern Fusions.

Items such as mac n cheese and brussels can be made without the bacon marmalade for our vegetarian friends. Many of our dishes can also be made gluten free.. We have a dedicated fryer for these dishes. Please be sure to let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities when you order and we will take all the necessary precautions.
